When I was in Cape Town in South Africa, we stayed in the trendy De Waterkant, with its cobbled streets and colourful houses. It is a centre of Cape Towns' cafe culture abuzz with cream cheese bagels, creatives, music and art. My favourite time was in the morning after breakfast, strolling the streets full of the colourful houses in De Waterkant.
